For whatever reason do not go to the service department. Not even a mechanic but somebody I thought was a mechanic told me my tires were on the cusp of needing to be replaced I spent $850 on tires I did not need the tires on the car were good and they kept all my good tires my seatbelt light nor beep was coming on they told me it worked fine they couldn't understand couldn't find anything wrong with it car was there for day maybe two don't know I took it to a different mechanic my own mechanic Lord behold what did he find the buckle itself was broken and apparently it was super glued major major safety issue the seat belt has to work before selling a car it was broken and super glued together aside from the fact that I have emailed the manager three different times and have zero responses back because it was one thing after another after another after another.be careful who you talk to at the service department when you think you're talking to a mechanic you're talking to a man who is in training and is not certified to be giving out any type of it information on a car because he doesn't know. The seatbelt should have been fixed by Rocky Mountain but I'm paying out of my own pocket just out of trust I went to somebody who I knew what they were doing and who I knew would give me an official Mazds part and I could trust. We also bought a second car previous to the Mazda I should say first we thought they were Fair we thought they'd negotiated the price to what we could afford then we realized all they did was take away this almost $2,000 charge they put on the cars they simply took it away after telling us that it was a mandatory thing that they had to have there was no negotiating as we thought they just took away this fraudulent charge so if a car is 17,000 you might as well make it 19. For those of you that have had a good experience I'm glad for those of you that have a bad experience I'm right there with you and I will never visit that place again be careful More

The staff is very friendly. I worked with Jose. He is a very kind guy and personable. I would recommend him for that alone. However, I wish that people could remove the salesmen I worked with Jose. I know it is their living, but embellishing things to get a sale is annoying. I wish places were all no haggle. This place will try and add on some insurance thing and some exoglass that “was put on the car”, so you have to pay for it. No you don’t. I learned in economics class, don’t let dealers add anything to your bill. As far as the car. I liked the car. During the test drive the tpms light was on. I brought that to Jose’s attention. I was like maybe just low pressure and nothing real alarming. I went home to get a check to put down as I was going to sell my car to carmax the next day and use that to purchase the car. When I came back with the deposit, Jose informed me that the pressure was low in the back tire, they filled it up and he drove a block and the light went off. I didn’t confirm, but was like cool. My intention was for them to hold the car and all the sudden negotiations, paper work and credit checks were going on and I was brought to finance. I was like I just came to put a deposit down. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have even brought a deposit, I was going to come back the next morning with the cash from selling my car: I am an idiot. I came home and was looking at the pictures online of the car. The pictures that were posted on Facebook were from two months ago. Jose told me the car got to the lot 3 days ago. When looking at those pics, I saw the tpms light on behind the speedometer dial. You won’t see it unless you know that it is illuminated before hand as it blends in nicely. This made me doubt the thorough inspection. Why would you put a car on a lot, let alone the pictures with the light illuminated on the dash? And why was it still on during the test drive. Doubt came over me. I ended up being scared and just couldn’t go through with the purchase. I put the deposit down and text the sales guy 4 hours later to say I just can’t go through with the purchase. They kept my $1000. I thought in good faith, they could have refunded the money. I never went through with the purchase, never had the car in my possession, and they never had the car held for me. Everything happened at closing on a Monday night and I backed out midnight the same night. The GM let me know he would refund my deposit but it wasn’t up him. I guess the guy that owns the company made the decision. I give them an average rating because they are operating like a business and the salesmen are suppose to be salesmen type, they are in the business to make you feel like you should pay for things that they put on the car that you didn’t ask for, and I can’t fault them for trying to run a business for profit. When people are kind I can’t complain about the people either. Final thing, don’t expect to be able to leave a message or email. The boxes are full and you get an error message when trying to leave an email from the contact us. The car may have been a great car and I am going to miss out, but sometimes red flags are there for a reason. Now I get the next 10 years to think about the time I wasted $1000 on a life lesson. More

During the trip down there I reviewed the website to show my daughter the car and noticed the price dropped. I spoke to Ricky and he initially refused to honor the advertised price and began to insult me comparing me to a customer that just wanted something for nothing and got upset because I didn’t want to buy a warranty package through them knowing it would of took me an hour and a half just to get to them. I was extremely shocked that he didn’t make the sale a happy and pleasant experience. I regret ever going through Rocky Mountain AutoBrokers. He’s unprofessional behavior was a Big Thumbs Down. More
