Very professional Ricky Boone went above and beyond to make sure he located and got me in the truck I wanted. He drove almost 800 miles round trip,to pick my truck up a Ricky Boone went above and beyond to make sure he located and got me in the truck I wanted. He drove almost 800 miles round trip,to pick my truck up and get it back to me!! He then made sure all of the extras that I wanted on it was installed and that it was spotless when I picked it up!!! Lovely experience My husband and I were told to leave home by the electrician who was going to replace our breaker box in the house. So what do you do? Go to the Gol My husband and I were told to leave home by the electrician who was going to replace our breaker box in the house. So what do you do? Go to the Golden Corral in MComb to eat lunch. Well, that only eats up an hour and you have all afternoon to " kill". Leaving lunch, discussing options of what to do, what do you see, but Rainbow car dealership. So what better option do you have than to drive thru the used car lot. What do we see, a Buick Enclave; what do you do, stop to check out the enclave. After all, haven't I always wanted to check one out When we got out of our car to check out the Enclave, who do we see but a used car salesman. Oh no!!! However, to our surprise Ricky Boone was the guy who came over to talk. The first non- pushy, non- hard sell car sales man we have every run into. He was so nice, didn't blink an eye when we told him why we were looking at the Enclave. Ricky got the key and that was the start of our "window" shopping with Ricky. Ricky showed us the Durango. Next we met Phillip, a nice young man who told us what what our car could be traded in for. Last was Gary, such a well- mannered, patient finance man. Long story sort, we enjoyed our afternoon, met some nice professional people who changed our opinions about the steriotypical car salesmen. Ricky was wonderful, patient, informative and a joy to spend our afternoon with. Oh did I forget to tell you? We bought the Dodge Durango GT. It was the BEST car buying experience we ever had.
