I started in the car industry in December of 2017 with my first position being in sales here at Luther Hudson Chevrolet GMC. I enjoy helping people find the vehicle that works for them and their families. I spend my free time with my wife (Ashley) and my growing family. We enjoy the outdoors and I am an avid golfer. We are local here in Hudson, so I am always close to the dealership and available to help whenever needed.

Overall, great experience! Ricky (salesperson) wasn't pushy and answered all my questions thoroughly. The specific car I went to look at was ready to look at right away at my appointment time. I decided to purchase the car and the person who assisted with the paperwork was very nice and thorough while keeping things moving along while being personable. One area of disappointment was when I needed to leave after finishing up the paperwork, my time was not respected. A different salesperson (I believe was a salesperson) was introducing a bunch of new information that got overwhelming including setting up non essential features, operations of the vehicle, reward program, etc. I was on a time crunch to get to work (which I told everyone prior to making this appointment and was assured there was sufficient time) and this person was too focused on giving me new information and showing me features and didn't respect my need to leave. I ended up being late for work as I also needed to wait for license plates to transferred as well (which I thought would occur in the 30 minutes it took to complete paperwork). I would have been more than happy to reschedule this time; however, I was told the amount of time I had was sufficient. Again, overall a positive experience. If I purchase from this dealership again, I will be sure to accommodate for the extra time needed (though would ask that my time be respected) and tell me if the time they tell me maybe longer to complete everything. First point of contact was Nathan on team A. He did a nice job. His counterpart on team b, I forget his name, but he never called me back. We ended up walking in to look for the vehicle I was waiting on and ended up working with Matt. Matt did a great job. Finance as usual, takes the longest. It would be beneficial to streamline that process and try to get the time consolidated. Seems like a lot of waiting. Over all, we are satisfied. This was our second pitch chase and I have no reason not to purchase from you again. More
