I was car shopping at Nimnicht and was greeted by Craig Powell when I walked into the dealership. I was replacing a SUV that was TOTALED in an accident and was also having a stressful time with the GAP cov Powell when I walked into the dealership. I was replacing a SUV that was TOTALED in an accident and was also having a stressful time with the GAP coverage claim, the extended warranty coverage that I couldn't use and the insurance company. Craig took me to see Rickie Edwin in Finance Dept. who I had met previously when I bought the other SUV that was wrecked, and Rickie helped me to ease the process of cancelling the options that I couldn't use. Rickie accomplished in an hour what I had been trying to do for 2 weeks. My wife and I were showed several SUVs by Craig and we decided to purchase a new SUV , and Jose also helped me to get a discount since I am retired military veteran. The entire team, Craig, Rickie and Jose all helped me through the process of getting a new SUV and they made my day so much brighter.
