Rick Reid, our sales rep, guided us through the process of deciding on our next car professionally and with a great deal of patience in answering all of our endless questions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the new breed of very complex cars on the market today and took the time to explain all the bells & whistles of our car in a manner that was super easy to understand. And to get us through the many financial details of closing the deal, Jose Cordero was extremely helpful in explaining all the charges and credits.
