Hi my name is glenda delacruz me and my husband went to green Toyota to look for a Toyota for me to buy ,the person that first welcome us was Rick Reid , he was very pleasant and professional as a green Toyota to look for a Toyota for me to buy ,the person that first welcome us was Rick Reid , he was very pleasant and professional as a salesmen , we were looking for a Toyota 4runner limited 2023 ,they didn’t have that runner on his dealer, but ricks didn’t stop to make it possible for me to get the runner that i want, his job as a salesmen was outstanding , counting 1 to 10 rick get a 10 from us because he makes my dream come true !, also he help me with some electronics stuff inside the car for me to learn about my runner, hi is a great person and i know if in the future i need to get back to buy another Toyota for may son or me again i will love to have him back as my salesmen , we had a wonderful experience at green Toyota with Rick Reid. Rick Reid was our salesman and I very much appreciated that he did n reviewing, but did want to make sure that I left a review for a great salesman. Rick Reid was our salesman and I very much appreciated that he did not try to pressure me one way or another. I have a hard time dealing with an aggressive salesperson and will walk away if I feel pressured. He answered all my questions and was there to give me as much information as he could so that I could make an informative decision. There was a bit of a clerical error that happened when I put money down on the car I test drove and he totally corrected it to my satisfaction (Rick was away on vacation when I called to put the deposit down so I was dealing with somebody else). Thank you, Rick! Next time we are looking for a vehicle, we will definitely be looking Rick up at Greentree. More
