I had been looking for a car for several weeks I was very happy and impressed with this dealership and would recommend them to my friends and family. I had been looking for a car for several weeks and I made an appointment to look at a 2020 Hyundai Tucson. Kevin confirmed my appointment that afternoon and the car was prepared in advance for my test drive. I was appreciative that they did not waste my time since I work full time and I had to do any car shopping/test drives after the work day. When we sat down to negotiate the price, I was offered a document that was professional and fair. We settled on a fair price and I was treated with respect. When I returned a few days later to pick up the car, Kevin and John had the paperwork prepared and the car ready, so there were no lengthy waits. I had not bought a car in several years and with the passing of my husband, the idea of buying a car was stressful and overwhelming. I prepared myself for this challenge by doing research on the car I wanted to buy and by doing daily searches for appropriate selections. My previous experiences at other dealerships was not favorable and added to the anxiety of this process. I went to Mike Juneau's Brookfield Buick expecting to find the same level of unprofessional behavior as experienced at other dealerships, but was pleasantly surprised to be treated with respect and courtesy.
