I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Mercedes Benz dealership. I visited 3 other Mercedes Benz dealerships in MA and none of them treated me as wonderful as their sales agent, Richie Bautista. Benz dealership. When I went to this dealership, I was so turned off by Mercedes Benz and honestly was looking to purchase a different vehicle (BMW X5). Richie's kind demeanor turned it around for me and he reminded me why I liked Mercedes Benz. His customer service is outstanding. I am definitely not an easy customer and Richie was so patient with me, always pleasant, kind and unbelievably understanding. He said his goal was to make me happy and he went above and beyond to do so. He is truly outstanding and should be recognized for that. Mercedes Benz of Boston/Somerville is very lucky to have him.
