Rick Zarpentine is a great service adviser and a true asset to Curry. He is patient and he also understands the importance of service coupons to help offset the cost of repairs for customers. When someone else recommended Jennie Huang to me, I initially thought, "how special could a sales associate be at an auto dealership? Aren't they all pretty much the same?" However, today, my perspecti initially thought, "how special could a sales associate be at an auto dealership? Aren't they all pretty much the same?" However, today, my perspective has changed, and in the most pleasant and surprising way possible. Today, I met with Jennie Huang and she exceeded my expectations. She knows her stuff. She immediately knew the answer to every single question I had about differences in trim levels. She taught me about features that I already had on my older Honda. Jennie Huang spent so much time with me to make sure that I was getting exactly what I need. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Even though I started to lean heavily towards making a particular purchase (spoiler alert: I bought a 2024 Honda CR-V from her today), she proactively searched through her database to find out every other variation in color and trim, checking on shipments that were coming to the dealerships in the coming days and weeks, to make sure that I was armed with every possible option I could have ever wanted. She was clear and punctual in her communication. Her demeanor put me at ease. After spending time with her today, test driving multiple vehicles, I began to understand why she is so sought after at Curry Honda. From my vantage point, I don't think Jennie Huang makes her living by selling individual vehicles on any given day. Instead, I think she does so well because she has earned so much repeat business and referrals. This is the second Honda I've bought from Curry Honda. While I enjoyed my 2019 Honda Accord, the car and brand, itself, wasn't the reason I came back for seconds. Rather, Curry Honda has a service advisor named Rick Zarpentine. Rick provides a level of service that is unmatched in the marketplace. I have never trusted a service advisor the way I trust Rick. When thinking of replacing my 2019 Honda Accord, I did what many people do: I read the rankings and reviews. I initially had three brands/vehicles on my list for this go round. However, even if I found some feature or rating score that piqued my curiosity about another brand, I don't believe I would have found another service advisor as competent and excellent as Rick Zarpentine. I like having my vehicle serviced where I bought it. I like knowing that my service advisor and their mechanics are the most familiar with the vehicles their parent company (Curry Honda) sells. If you want to buy a Honda, go to Curry Honda. Ask for Jennie Huang. After you buy your Honda, take it to Curry Honda for service. Ask for Rick Zarpentine. More
