Great experience with Ben and the service team at BMW Fort Washington. Ben went above and beyond during my service appointment. Since there were no loaner cars available and my situation was an emergency Fort Washington. Ben went above and beyond during my service appointment. Since there were no loaner cars available and my situation was an emergency, he made sure I was personally picked up and dropped off so everything went smoothly.
