Case in point, I didn't want to discuss down payments until I looked at a vehicle. He didn't like that and kept insisting I give him a figure. When he didn't get what he wanted, he got up, (pouting) and said he would get us a different salesperson and then he walked away. I realize your new car sales people have a script to follow. The script needs to change because after being treated the way we were treated, I will ride my bicycle with two flat tires before I buy another vehicle from this dealership and keep in mind - I have bought 2 new vehicles from Corwin in the past. NEVER again will that happen. More
