This dealership is one of the most unprofessional, dishonest people I saw in my 20 years of having Mercedes. Sales person thinks he is doing a favor when he dies his job. With me Princeton Mercedes dishonest people I saw in my 20 years of having Mercedes. Sales person thinks he is doing a favor when he dies his job. With me Princeton Mercedes lied, hide true information. I bought a electric brand new car which I had take it back to the dealer after 24 hours because the charger wasn’t working and until today 3 weeks later still they gave the car and they don’t know what is wrong with the car. Surprisingly the dealer manger still nit getting involve to solve this simple issue so the entire dealership no take accountability to say we were wrong to give you a very expensive car that we know it wasn’t working .
