Coach really knew his stuff when I asked questions like what size is the fuel tank and what size is the engine. This was my first time leasing a vehicle and it won’t be the last. These guys have my business for life. More

Great People I worked with Richard Metcalf on the purchase of a 2019 Sante Fe. He was polite, easy-going, and very knowledgeable. I wanted a Base Model with AWD, I worked with Richard Metcalf on the purchase of a 2019 Sante Fe. He was polite, easy-going, and very knowledgeable. I wanted a Base Model with AWD, and not many options. Rich found one for me, and we worked on the price. I had already done some comparison shopping, so he quoted me a price with a terrific discount and rebate. I was ready to buy. I was handed off to Jeff Alves, one of the Finance people, he was also polite and very informative. I was making a large down payment, but still needed to do a loan for the balance. Unfortunately, I had forgotten to Un-freeze my credit, so that caused a delay in knowing what me Interest Rate would be. So, the purchase was on hold until I got things cleared for Jeff to pull my credit. Eventually, Jeff found me a very good rate, and the deal was done. Rich showed me around the dealership - I was very impressed. The entire place was very clean, including the Service Area, and the coffee and snacks made available for customers waiting on their cars was impressive. And, as an OMG moment, Rich drove all of the way out to Wickenburg to pick me up so I could get my brand new Sante Fe. We had a real nice chat both at the dealership and on the road. Rich and Jeff provided outstanding service and customer care. I look forward to a long relationship with them and Larry Miller Hyundai. In my 40 + years of dealing with car sales people, Rich is the BEST. More

I was impressed with his knowledge of our vehicle and the attention he gave us during the 2 hrs we were there. After purchase he took the time to help me set my phone up with the Santa Fe system. Showed me how to send texts etc. I’ll never remember all the things he told me, lol. Financing( Dshon) went the extra mile by finding us a super low rate, lower than what Capital one was going to give us. I’m great fun for all the Larry Miller team did for us. Thank you More

No regrets We visited the dealership to gain insight on the car market because the engine on our most reliable vehicle was suddenly in need of replacement and o We visited the dealership to gain insight on the car market because the engine on our most reliable vehicle was suddenly in need of replacement and our mechanic advised us to consider investing in a new car. We did not intend to purchase same day so we opted to view cars, interview to determine budget and test drive a few realistic options pre running numbers for pre approval with finance. The associates were respectful of this and the pace we wanted to take during the process. Each person we made contact with on the property was helpful, professionally dressed and welcomed us. The associates, Rich and Justin, helped pair us with a vehicle that was in the budget we set and had all the desired safety and a few extras. There was never any pressure to make a decision and when we needed time to discuss in private they honored this without limitation and we never felt judged. The staff, Justin Mauer, “coach” Rich Metcalf and Billy Phister in finance each took so much pride in their expertise and treated us like we were a part of each of their family. There were so many moments where their actions and guidance affirmed that they were trustworthy. We chose to commit to them and their service to us first followed by a vehicle their lot.
