Air bags recall service My car needed the air bags changed due to a recall. I called the agency and they did an excellent job. Unsatisfied with the response got from service advisor Iam visiting this service center from almost 4 years.This visit gave me mixed feelings. 1.Around six months back I went for structs replacement ser Iam visiting this service center from almost 4 years.This visit gave me mixed feelings. 1.Around six months back I went for structs replacement service that time one of the service advisor told me the your car showing ABS and slip signal on because of some thing is chewed the wire harness and said repair cost would be $200, I told him I will do on my next visit.For this visit ty o the same issue I got the quote for $420. Not sure how come it got doubled the price. 2.i requested for car exterior car wash after service finished, in the morning when I drop off my car service advisor looked at the whole car and noted some things. When I got car back after service and washing I see a big crack almost from end to end of windshield. (There was some small dollar bill crack on my car windshield around 3 to 4 months. Which did not increase not an inch in this whole time) When I mention that to service advisor, he said it could have happened for several reasons and came across some unnecessary arguments saying we won't pay for these kind of issues and says its your responsibility. I. Our whole discussion I never mentioned or asked to pay. And he told me that this could have happened before only, then I asked him. If that's the case you have checked whole around car while taking VIN number, do you see that end to end crack ? He don't have answer and started to cover it up saying i did not observe anything and then said power wash could have caused for it. The only thing I asked. If you knew that power wash could damage like this you could have inform me, then I should not have opt for it or atleast after it's happened he should have notified me. As a service advisor is it not his responsibility to advice some thing on or notifying? 3. Shuttle waiting time was more than 1 hour (I drop of my car for service around 7:20 AM) and when I spoke to rich he gave very rude answer saying book uber or so. He should have mentioned that when I requested service appointment.i know some times there would be waiting time for shuttle and also iam not new this service center. More
