Joining our Ryan team in 2022, Rich brought with him all those valuable years of experience and is able to give excellent advice and service to our guests. Away from the office, Rich (who also goes by Grandpa, Pop Pop and Papa), spends a great deal of his free time working on his cabin, or enjoying the great Minnesota outdoors with a fishing pole in his hand.

My wife went to look at a Buick Envision but ended up with a Bhev Equinox that was almost new for a very good price. We were impressed with our sales guy. Rich Clouda in finance was also excellent, explaining options with no pressure. Ryan Auto Mall drops a star for installing Pulse on all vehicles. I was even prepared to pay for Pulse, but not have it installed, but that was not possible. And they stuck a chrome Ryan badge on the car as well. At least that is not unattractive. Overall very happy with buying from Ryan Auto Mall. Well worth the 50m drive. More

We drove 2 hrs to get there but we called first & Jeff held the truck for us til we arrived for our test drive. He had it waiting by the front door. It was a very easy, no pressure sale.
