Rich spent his early life in the United States Army and entered the automotive industry in 1986. Joining our Ryan team in 2022, Rich brought with him all those valuable years of experience and is able to give excellent advice and service to our guests. Away from the office, Rich (who also goes by Grandpa, Pop Pop and Papa), spends a great deal of his free time working on his cabin, or enjoying the great Minnesota outdoors with a fishing pole in his hand.

Chad, Rich and Dan were absolutely wonderful and were on top of all the details as they helped me with my purchase. They worked so well together for each phase of my out of state purchase and shipping of my top of all the details as they helped me with my purchase. Not to mention they were all beyond nice!! I wish Ryan Auto Mall was my local dealer so I could come in for service, though Ryan Auto Mall will be the first place I look when I want to buy another vehicle! Craig Clement was a pleasure to work with. Rich Clouda in finance was also excellent, explaining options with no pressure. Ryan Auto Mall drops a star for installing Pulse on all vehicles. I was even prepared to pay for Pulse, but not have it installed, but that was not possible. And they stuck a chrome Ryan badge on the car as well. At least that is not unattractive. Overall very happy with buying from Ryan Auto Mall. Well worth the 50m drive. More
