I bought a car from them last month and it was a stereotypically bad used car buying experience. First, numerous hidden fees kept popping up at every turn, after I repeatedly refused them. For example, the salesman told me that a Lojack membership "is included with the car." When he brought out the sales paperwork, I found out that "included with the car" means a ~$1,000 fee. I immediately declined and was curtly informed by the salesman that I didn't have the ability to refuse. I told him that it is absolutely my decision and they couldn't force me to buy anything. Second, there was quite a bit of paint damage on the hood. The salesman and sales manage assured me they would send someone to my house to do the detailing shortly after I purchased the car. I'm sure you can imagine what happened. Despite emailing and texting both the salesman and sales manager nearly 10 times in the 2 weeks following the purchase, neither ever responded. Shocking, I know ... Classic bait and switch and very dishonest used car dealership. Please avoid at all costs. More
