Rich Johnson has been in the auto industry for over 40 years and with Subaru for over 18. He has been married for 22 years to his beautiful wife Donna. As a Connecticut resident, he knows his Subaru will get him through our tough winters. Also, as an avid dog lover, his favorite Subaru is the Outback because it has lots of room in the back for his dogs! He loves being part of the Brewster Family and his door is always open to customers for any questions, concerns or to share dog pictures. Just don't get him started on his favorites: The Sopranos, The Yankees, his favorite bands Eagles & Steely Dan, Sinatra, old movies...or trains!

Jack in service department was great other than that I wouldn't come back I asked for the car to get detailed they didn't do it there was a stain on the car and the salesman said i was buying a used car w wouldn't come back I asked for the car to get detailed they didn't do it there was a stain on the car and the salesman said i was buying a used car what do i expect. I was over charged for the warranty and had to go to my credit card to get my money back myself because they refused and and had to go to warranty co and fill out forms to cancel it because they refused to do that to. I came to Brewster Subaru after first visiting Colonial Subaru. I was able to find the exact make/model of the vehicle I was looking for and the team matched prices I was quoted at the previous dealership. Subaru. ABSOLUTELY awesome. I brought my older vehicle to the dealer because I fully trust the service crew. I traded in my '16 Crosstrek for a '24 Outback, Touring model. My salesman, Lou Criscione, was very understanding to my wants and needs of the new vehicle. There was one instance where he "tried to sell me something" - Armour-All interior proofing. At first, I declined, very hesitant. Then, Danny from the Service Dept. stopped by to chat with me and I asked him about it. Since Danny recommended it, I went for it. And you could even ask Lou - he'll tell you how unsure and confused I was until Danny reassured me. I trust Danny and his coworkers in Service FULLY. Lou was methodical in processing my request for a new vehicle. Detailed and very patient. He completely understands what the customer wants. He knows that his vehicle needs are different from the person in front of him. I so much appreciated that. I next went to Richard Johnson to handle the financial issues. He was as honest as could be. Again, detailed and line by line, not missing a beat. Wonderful people that helped me and gave me the vehicle that I've been wanting to have for over one year. Thank you, Brewster Subaru.
