Every time I have had the yearly EPP reapplication service (3 times with 2 more to go) on my Murano, the car comes back to me in showroom condition. Kelly does a fabulous job with this service!! It service (3 times with 2 more to go) on my Murano, the car comes back to me in showroom condition. Kelly does a fabulous job with this service!! route maintenance Took the van in for route maintenance and inspection. Front brakes would not pass inspection and the battery was bad. Had the work done brought the v Took the van in for route maintenance and inspection. Front brakes would not pass inspection and the battery was bad. Had the work done brought the van home and there was smoke coming from front brakes. Had to take van back in for additional work a caliber froze. We felt the frozen caliber should have been discovered when brakes were done. Service manager agreed to cover labor if we covered part costs. More
