My Perfect Car From The Best Dealership— TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY Out of all the many times and experiences I have had in purchasing a car (30+ yrs!), I must admit this has been the best experience anyone could ever Out of all the many times and experiences I have had in purchasing a car (30+ yrs!), I must admit this has been the best experience anyone could ever ask for or desire from a dealership. TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY-– you rock!! From the moment I submitted interest online, I received a phone call almost immediately from Yousef in sales. He was personable, kind knowledgeable and specific with his intent to meet the needs and specs of my request for a Toyota RAV4. His excitement became my excitement! When I came over to the dealership, Yousef had already arranged for Ali, another team player of his, to meet, greet and assist with a test drive. Yousef had already given Ali all of my specifications! It just became easier and easier from there. Ali never retired but continued until I was completely satisfied with a vehicle. Nothing was spared and all efforts were made to make sure every amenity I needed or wanted would be included on / in the car. This includes the color interior as well as exterior. When we returned to the dealership, I was pleasantly surprised to be introduced to Yousef, who had came in on his day off just to enshore his customers were happy. Then came the financing component. My sister had expressed complete satisfaction with the purchase of her Toyotas in the past and had recommended Dwayne the floor manager to help wrap up the deal. He too was amazing! Then there was Ricardo, my Finance Guy, who closed out the paperwork and sealed the deal. Everything couldn’t have gone smoother. To add icing to the cake— this is totally unusual— but Yousef even assisted in trying to pick up my trade-in vehicle from another dealership. Although we were unsuccessful (due to the unethical practices of WESLEY CHAPEL NISSAN) this was no fault of his. TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY is by far the best, honest and most professional dealership around and I am proud to let everyone know!. This is my first TOYOTA ever and I am happier than I have ever been and completely satisfied!! If you are looking for a wonderful stress-free experience, TOYOTA TAMPA BAY is your place while Yousef Ali Dwayne and Ricky are all you need to see!! More

Ricky was very helpful in helping me choose the right car! Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More
