I was in the market for a new vehicle, specifically the Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition. I called Wilsonville to get information and spoke with someone named Riley who shared insight about this vehicle and th Rav4 Hybrid Woodland Edition. When I went in person, I worked with Nan who helped me understand that I would only be working with her the entire time (as in, I wouldn't be sent to the Finance team to haggle/hassle with further packages or speak about credit), which was a refreshing thing in car buying. Nan was very informative and helped me a lot the entire time and helped me figure out the best options for me. I did not rate them 5 stars only because I was told one thing over the phone but some of those things were not true when I arrived in person. For example, I was told that I would only have to come in and put a deposit down on the vehicle so that I can reserve it for myself, but when I went in, I was told that the only way to reserve the vehicle was if I signed all the paperwork and put the deposit down as if I were purchasing it. Ultimately, I wanted this car, so I was happy walking away without a vehicle (it is scheduled to arrive a couple of weeks after signing). More

I came in with a smile and I left with a smile (still tired though hahaha!) He made sure to answer any and ALL of my questions with extreme patience and he also went out of his way to ensure that I got what I wanted and left feeling secure in knowing that there were no hidden things in the deal. I didn’t have to play the cat and mouse haggling that has been a major part of every dealership experience I have ever had. I was waited on hand and foot and treated like a real human and not a walking commission check. The lobby is incredibly user friendly and comfortable. I will never go anywhere else to buy. Great job Kevin and Wilsonville Toyota. Starting with Reilly Quinn and Taylor Diaz, super respectful and helpful, I requested to only use email at the beginning and that is what they did. Reilly scheduled my appointment and the rest is history. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. I had already been to another dealership and was offered a deal. After going over a few options that didn’t work for my budget, I showed Kevin the offer from a competitor and he quickly found a truck that was better than the offer and then beat the offer. Rather than pushing the higher payment and trying to sell me on that, he found a truck that checked all the boxes, especially my budget. Make sure you ask for Kevin when you go. From my first inquiry, the dealership was very responsive. I made an appointment with Logan for the car I was interested in (a Rav 4 Prime). Wilsonville was the only dealership in the greater Po responsive. I made an appointment with Logan for the car I was interested in (a Rav 4 Prime). Wilsonville Toyota and the employees I worked with made me feel welcome and at ease the moment I walked in the door. They explained their process and how they have a one price, one sales rep approach. No moving from a couple different sales reps, to a finance rep, to a closer. One sales person, and one price, super simple. At one point I was praising their business model and how they were challenging the stereotype of car dealerships, and my sales rep Christy said something along the lines of, "Well, you'll eventually be back in the market to buy a car, and we hope that you'll come back here." That's when it clicked, when you do good business, you have repeat customers. I will most definitely be returning to Wilsonville Toyota when that day arrives. I would give 10 stars if I could! More
