My experience was horrible from the start until the end. They were NOT willing to negotiate on price, instead were trying to sell me on different packages to add on to the price. At the time of signing I was told they would have to charge me $28 just to send the car title to my credit union! A couple days later got a phone call stating because I'm in NJ I needed to provide me social security number in order to proceed with my registration. Why not ask rhis before I left, as I'm sure they've sold cars to NJ residents before. When I went to pick up my plates NO ONE even offered to put them on the car. The ONLY person who was helpful was Reggie. I will NEVER buy another car from here or recommend anyone to patronize this place. More
