Buy your Corvette at Jim Ellis Reggie Stagmaier is one of the best sales persons I have ever dealt with in any major purchase I have ever made. He was completely honest and did exactly what he promised. He also has superior knowledge of Corvettes and was enthusiastic with me re: purchase of the "dream car." Finally, he spent an incredible amount of time with my wife and me teaching us about the features of the vehicle, getting us set up on the rewards program, OnStar, Wifi, etc. I cannot say enough about Reggie. I wouldn't want to buy a Corvette from anyone else. The reason I considered Jim Ellis Chev was because they seemed to have an unusually large Corvette inventory, so I believed they probably had expertise. I also selected them because they appeared to have a discount on Corvettes that other dealers did not. The reason I BOUGHT from Jim Ellis was Reggie Stagmaier. He made it worth it to drive from Adams, TN to Atlanta (over 4 hours). More

Only one suggestion I had a good experience with this dealership. Reggie Stegmaier was great to work with. There was no high pressure or scummy sales tactics. They kept their word and did what they could to make the deal happen. I have only 2 suggestions. One is to figure out a way to expedite the financial settlement process. There has to be a way to avoid the many many signatures required at closing. I had to sign my name at least 30 times! The other suggestion is to have clear expectations about the closing process. There should have been better communication about the closing process. In advance of closing, I verified that my personal check for the down payment would be acceptable. But when I finally got to closing, that was not acceptable unless I allowed them to run another credit check. My credit is stellar but I did not want another credit check run. I showed them my bank account balance but that was not acceptable. I had previously offered to bring a cashier's check but I was told that a personal check would be OK. Finally, after Reggie vouched for me, the Dealership Manager agreed to accept my check. All of this could have been avoided if they had just told me ahead to bring a cashier's check. More
