This car dealership is the best, from customer service to sales and after care. I have used this dealership before and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Tyler and Jon were a HUGE help for me as a single mom on a limited budget and needing a dependable quality vehicle on a tight turnaround. I do believe they are a 5-star dealer as David the sales guy is amazing and I was impressed with the follow up call I received the next day… I gave 3-stars due to an unfortunate circumstance based on a unin guy is amazing and I was impressed with the follow up call I received the next day… I gave 3-stars due to an unfortunate circumstance based on a unintentional pricing error. I was super excited as found a car advertised online for a good price. It was the same model I have been searching for to purchase for my kids, It was a little more than I was initially willing to spend but I was willing to pay the extra $5,000 and drive an hour as this car was a great value. I booked an appointment online and was confirmed for 3:00pm Monday. I then decided that I should be there early to not miss out so I took work off and changed the appointment to first thing Monday morning. I was happy when I received the email back confirming for 9:30am. I test drove the care and was about to purchase when the sales manager informed me they mis-priced the car. That unfortunately it was an honest mistake due to the volume of cars they put online and they made a mistake. I was obviously upset having made an appointment, changed the appointment to earlier, took work off, drove an hour and was really excited as I was about to purchase a great car for my kids. They let me know they priced it $3,000 too low but were willing to do for an extra $2,000 if I financed it. I appreciated the effort, however, it was still $2,000 more than advertised and more than I could afford. I left upset as the younger sales manager unfortunately wasn’t too customer centric. David the sales guy was amazing and is 5 stars!!!! I received a call from another manager the next day who was terrific. I do believe this was done in error. Based on my interaction with David and the follow up call I received, I would purchase from them in the future. I would only validate that the price is accurate before driving the hour. Mistakes do happen but it was bummer as I was excited to close the deal. They do have an awesome inventory and I would buy from them in confidence as Dave explained the extra effort they go in certifying the cars. More
