My wife already knew she wanted an Ascent, but needed to check out all of the features. I was giving up my 12-year-old Toyota Matrix in exchange for the safety features in the new models. I test drove a Forester and it felt just right.. My #1 need was to have enough comfortable and safe interior space for our dogs. We travel often and Ray was extremely helpful in pointing out features that would make our adventures completely enjoyable -- smooth ride, excellent vision (front and back) -- lots of cargo space -- wonderful safety features. Some follow-up contacts with Ray were also helpful. He takes care of his customers very well long after we drive our new cars off the lot. Definitely a 5 star rating -- wish you had 10 starts to choose from. More

He was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different safety features the new Outback had.
