Everyone in this dealership is friendly, caring and professional. They make what could be a very nerve wracking experience a smooth one from beginning to end. David Radice spent all the time necessary to help me with my purchase of a new Honda CRV. I was able to test drive several cars and learn a great deal about each from David. He also spent time after my purchase showing me how to use much of the technology in the car. Raymond Furslew who handled the payment portion of the process was amazing. Everything was done perfectly in a timely manner. His friendliness made this part of car buying experience painless. A shout out to Ken Kallok, operations diretor, with whom I have dealt over the years when I brought my car in for oil changes and tire rotation. Ken is so caring and honest which is so unusual in most car dealerships. More

We had a fabulous sales person Emily who helped us decide to purchase a low mileage 2002 Audi A4. We were a bit unsure about a possible issue that the car might have had so Vinny the sales manager had a mechanic check it out. He also eased any worries we had by fully explaining the return policy of the dealership. The finance manager Ray was so professional and helpful during the purchasing process. After driving the car we realized we weren’t comfortable with the issue we thought the car might have had so we returned the next morning and explained our situation. We were able return the vehicle with no problems. We would most definitely return to buy a vehicle from this dealership. They are concerned about the buyers, honest and absolutely professional here.
