What a refreshing experience from a truly class dealership! Our sales representative, Alex Perez, was an incredible quarterback throughout this process. He greeted us immediately, sat us down and in a very professional and relaxed manner, listened to our needs and wants. He then walked us through the lot, showing us vehicle alternatives that might work. He had knowledge of each vehicle and, importantly, when he was unsure of an answer, stated so and then secured the correct response. Alex then helped us test drive those vehicles we were considering and again, answered more of our questions as we went. Upon returning to the dealership, we sat to structure a deal. No pressure, no hype. Alex genuinely wanted us to be fully satisfied. We negotiated a bit; I was able to happily get a price that really worked for us in a no pressure to buy manner. Upon concluding with the sales aspect Alex brought us to Ray in financing (where he stayed with us through the entire process!). Ray was another stellar member of the RCH Kay Honda team. He took the time to explain each step and associated document. We asked questions, got true answers and easily completed the required paperwork. Upon coming home, we decided to make some changes to our financing options. Because we live an hour away from the dealer, Ray worked with us to facilitate these changes remotely. Easy. Then the kicker. We were unable to make arrangements to drive the vehicle back home that day. We were scrambling for a second driver to return with me to pick the car up. NO PROBLEM…our sales rep ALEX to the rescue. He drove the car an hour(one way) to our destination and dropped it off!! Where, once again to be certain, he went over the car to make sure we fully understood. What a great buying experience. If considering a Honda, THIS is the dealership. More

I am definitely the type of person who shops multiple car dealerships, both online and in-person. Buying a new car is too big an investment not to. Over the past decade or so, no matter where I compare price dealerships, both online and in-person. Buying a new car is too big an investment not to. Over the past decade or so, no matter where I compare prices, I always end up buying my new Honda from DCH Honda in Eatontown. Beyond the fact that they always end up giving me the best deal, the people at DCH are great. They treat me with respect and show true interest in making the car buying experience as best as possible. I recently bought a 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport from DCH, 2023 HRV from DCH, while trading in my Honda 2023 HRV that I also had purchased from their dealership. They gave me the best price for my trade-in and the best price on my new car. I also bought a 2019 Honda Pilot from them, so I have purchased three different Honda Models, all with great satisfaction. My salesperson Jamel Pitts handled the process quite well. He took time to listen to my perspective and even though we did not reach a deal on day one, a couple days later with some creative work behind the scenes by sales manager Dave Radice, DCH was able to get to the value on the trade and the discount on the Civic. Raymond Furslew in finance handled the paperwork, which by the way is mostly “not paper” as it is done electronically. All in all, DCH KAY Honda in Eatontown made me feel like a valued customer and is a dealership that I would strongly recommend for your next Honda purchase! More
