I feel that the dealership needs more friendly your contact when you walk in the door. It just seemed to me that especially with Jonathan. I wasn’t sure he was up-to-date on the car that I was looking contact when you walk in the door. It just seemed to me that especially with Jonathan. He showed it to me originally and it was dirty. I didn’t think that was very professional maybe just say to me I know the car isn’t clean.
