Excellent customer service from the Regal dealership. JT was top notch in helping with my concern on the vehicle I was interesting in. If I was to come back I would like to work with both employees again. It nice to know there are people out there that still like to help customers and go out of their way to help someone when trying to decide what kind of purchase they might be making. I really appreciated the manner in which Troy Carter treated us as we were purchasing a 2016 Acura RDX. he was prepared when we arrived, got us a fair trade from our 2007 Honda CRV, and a fair price on the Acura. No hard sales pressure or last minute surprises. Ray Taylor in the Service Department is the primary person I go to for everything. He's a straight shooter and always honest and fair. I love doing business with a car dealership that I can trust! More

I had purchased two new cars from this dealer in the prior four years. Ray Taylor, who is my service advisor, is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. It has been a pleasure dealing with him over the years. The Regal Automotive Group offers various services such as window tinting and the installation of other accessories. In addition, their detail department is second to none thanks to Travis Lynes. The dealership is well laid out. Five stars all around. More
