As usual, Ray Taylor took great care of me. My son dropped the car off and Ray got him on the shuttle to home right away. I got my oil changed and my battery replaced. I also wanted my brakes checked, dropped the car off and Ray got him on the shuttle to home right away. I got my oil changed and my battery replaced. I also wanted my brakes checked, and while Ray could have sold me new brakes even though I didn't need them, and some places would have tried to, he didn't. He did suggest flushing the brake fluid and putting in new. This is why I always bring my car back to Regal for service. I can trust them not to try to sell me service I don't need. When my car was ready, Ray had the shuttle pick my son up and bring him to Regal, where everything was ready, and my son could just pay, and go. Regal has always done right by me. More
