Ray went above and beyond to get my issue fixed, even though it was something he had never seen before, and arranged to have it covered by my aftermarket extended warranty. Ray in the service department is outstanding. We had an electrical problem with our Honda. He dispatched a Regal tow truck. They jump started our car. I drove to the service department.
