We just moved to Fl from Kansas and went here to have my Pilots lease contract paid off and buy it outright. I was amazed at the courtesy and genuine friendly attitude of every employee, regardless of their position. Including ones that weren’t involved with my visit. Always smiling and asking if I needed water or a snack! The deals they were offering me were too good to pass, so I ended up trading my 2 yr old Pilot for a new one! Unbelievable deal! Eric and Fresh spent so much time and attention on us as if there were no other customers. We were given the Red Carpet treatment as if we were rich and famous!! Nothing could be further from the truth. But the best was yet to come…… Chrissy was absolutely magnificent to us, very concerned about my disabled sister and multiple times offered information and comfort!! She was very busy running to and fro for others but never forgot us, always touching base incase we needed something! I still can’t believe my 2 experience’s at this dealership were real. However, from now going forward, I will never look at another dealership. I could NOT find a suggestion for improvement if I tried! Thank you everyone and I will see you for my first oil change.
