My family's been going here for more than a decade and had great luck with Ray, but I'm not so sure anymore thanks to Rob. Tues: *txt msg* Your car was towed to us and Rob will be fixing it Wed: We ha had great luck with Ray, but I'm not so sure anymore thanks to Rob. Tues: *txt msg* Your car was towed to us and Rob will be fixing it Wed: We have no clue where your car is Thurs: Found the car but need a part. Will have it Fri so you probably won't get it back until Mon Mon: I have the part but haven't installed it yet Tues: I ordered the part yesterday but have no clue when it will be arriving Meanwhile I'm having to cancel doctors appointments for chronic illness because I don't have my car with my wheelchair lift on it. Plus fractured my foot a week ago. Looks like I'm going to have to deal with the pain until it decides to heal on its own. Thanks Regal Honda! More
