I had asked for a quote on a new vehicle and had follow up calls from internet team to come in. I spoke to specialist 10 minutes before coming I. After the test drive, I was informed the car I had wanted had been sold. I was also informed that the price quoted to me in bold letters was for “Honda Family” members and my price would have been $750 more (this information was in the tiny fine print on the bottom of the quote). I was also informed that the interest rate that was sent to me was only if “bought down” the rate. I wrote back to the manager and Internet specialist expressing my dissatisfaction, but both emails were ignored. More

Once the papers were signs, Omar Saleh in the service department got all my devices sync'd and gave me the crash course on navigating the console. I was in and out in under two hours.
