Buying my first car from Jim White Toyota turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The salesman, was not honest—he made promises about the car that were never fulfilled and later denied saying the be a very disappointing experience. On top of that, the service department wrote false records, which was completely unacceptable . This dealership made what should have been a memorable moment one of the worst experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend them based on this experience. More
