I have used Burnsville Mazda for servicing my Mazdas for nearly twenty years. I could have saved some money by going to other shops but they make their money by selling unnecessary service and parts. If you need a part replaced it won't be from Mazda. I trust Burnsville Mazda to perform all maintenance recommend by Mazda. They also let me know what might be needed the next time I come in. I highly recommend Burnsville Mazda. More

I bought a car on the 12th of June 2025. Not even 8 days after getting my car (2011 car with 100k miles, no accidents or damage reported, 2 owners, and supposedly in good condition), the amp Not even 8 days after getting my car (2011 car with 100k miles, no accidents or damage reported, 2 owners, and supposedly in good condition), the amp is fried and my transmission has failed. Aside from the absolute hassle it was to get my car serviced and the fact they tried to charge me for work that was covered by the warranty, this was supposed to be a 1 - maybe 2 day thing as they said they would just be taking a look. They had my car for a full month and a week. When we dropped off my car, I mentioned that I had read the engine light code 2 different times and they both said speed sensor. Instead they tried to tell me it was an oil pressure switch for a month, then to say they fixed it only for it to be in the same condition as when I dropped it off after a MONTH of them having my car. So they finally come to the conclusion that it was in fact the speed sensor. It's almost as if it would have saved us all a month if they had listened to what we said when we dropped it off. They also tried to quote me 2k for an amp replacement which is a quarter of the amount my car is valued at. The communication was horrendous and it took a million tries and unanswered voicemails just to speak to someone in the service department. The absolute lack of care or attention to detail was appalling. They didn't even bother giving us a rental until we were 4 weeks in and their first half-hearted attempt at fixing it failed. Since I have bought my car it had spent more time in the shop than at my own apartment. It was very disheartening how we were treated by the service staff and how this situation was dealt with. 0/5 stars if I could. More

I was told it would take an hour and that’s exactly what it took. The guy that helped me answered any questions. It was quick and easy. I loved the video I was sent. Car wash is always nice.
