There was no pressure to buy but I must say they did not follow up thoroughly to indicate what my trade it was appraised for. They simply just included pay off balance even my vehicle was valued at a minimu follow up thoroughly to indicate what my trade it was appraised for. They simply just included pay off balance even my vehicle was valued at a minimum of $2000 more on KBB guide. I had to go back following week for some signatures and sales made a slight adjustment. Although I am not completely happy with trade in value I am glad they adjusted slightly. More
