The salesperson and finance person were both very accommodating to our schedules and stayed later for us since we were coming from out of town. The only thing that could have made this first experience better for us would have been would have been drive away our new car with a full tank of gas. More

The day after I picked up the car the warning lights came on that the tire pressure was low. One of the tires was replaced -the warning lights were back on the next day. Took the car back in and they realized that a different tire needed to be patched. Next day the warning lights are on again. I called service several times but no answer. I spoke to my sales person. She told me she had talked to the service department about my problem and they told her all the tires were all good and that the sensors in the display all needed to be replaced. I told her I needed to be in Markham that night (September 5) and was nervous about driving the car. She assured me the tires were fine to drive on…it was only malfunctioning sensors. I did not take my car that night and it could have been a life saving decision. Three of the tires were continually loosing air! Image me on the 401 on a Friday night with a flat tire or worse. I was back in there on Monday. Guess what? All of the tires need to be sealed. Once I got over my shock I told them not to touch the car, bring it around front and give me my keys. My next encounter was with a sales manager and when I told him if I had to come back again I would take the matter up with OMVIC. He got defensive and began to bully me to the point of tears ( mine not his). With some help I was able to calm down and dry my eyes. They sealed the tires. I’ve driven about 20 km since Monday and the warning lights have not come back on. I am a female 69 year old pensioner and paid cash for the car. I bought my daughter a car that burnt three litres of oil before the first 5000 km oil change mileage. I called the manager to tell him about his oil burning lemon and all he said was well your past your 30 before the first 5000 km oil change mileage. I argued with him about exchanging the car for another like their policy says and he laughed and said well we don’t make the cars we just sell them.
