I've been working with for a week to purchase a 2025 Mazda CX-5 premier plaza was assured by Nick the general manager that much of the paperwork could be handled without me driving the 4 hours round tri Mazda CX-5 premier plaza was assured by Nick the general manager that much of the paperwork could be handled without me driving the 4 hours round trip between my home and their dealership. I received the contract on Friday and was in the process of getting the check on Monday when my financial representative contacted the dealership after finding a lien on the title. Staff informed her that the vehicle had been sold out from under me on Saturday with no apologies and lied stating that I had been contacted regarding this. I never received an email phone call or text to this regard and almost ended up with an auto loan with no vehicle. Staff lied openly and gregiously and their unethical and unprofessional business practice prevents me from ever recommending doing business with any Russ Darrow dealership. More

We had 2 reps because of the volume Tuesday. Their Mazda knowledge was marginal. The car prep left a lot to be desired. Many of the settings we thought were set up with Ernesto did not stay.
