First, Rami was simply fantastic. From the 1st introductory phone conversation by both of us, I immediately was comfortable. When we sat down, the proof of his body of salesmanship was evident by all his awards and comments. Going back to 2006-7. He had a friendly conversational attitude which was nice when spending a lot of money. So glad we ended up at Phillips ! Second, the dealership building was inviting, clean, new looking and spacious. The auto shop was plenty big enough for more than enough service requests which I liked. I was impressed. Thinking down the road, I wouldn’t have to wait to long for oil changes, etc. Well done Rami.
