In just the past 2.5 years I have purchased 3 cars from Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL. The only salesman I have ever used has been Joe Luque. I cannot say enough about this guy: Kind...smart...funny...HONEST and thorough. My first two cars were Cruzes. I loved those little cars. But my needs and driving habits changed. I called Joe to discuss and within 24 hours I was driving a 2013 Malibu off the lot and I couldn't be more thrilled. From the time I said "YES" till the time I walked out of the dealership was under two hours. That includes the paperwork and car prep. To date, my experiences with Phillips have been awesome. Everyone from service to sales to finance and more have been genuine and personable. Is it any wonder I have recommended EVERYONE I know to this dealer? And I have received $300 in thank you cash for the 6 friends who have made purchases based on my referral. My "jobs" have me speaking or dealing with literally hundreds of people every week. I can smell a hypocrite or phony a mile away. The staff at Phillips are the real deal. Thank you ALL. More
