He was beyond helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. He made everything reasonable, understood what my price range was, and worked with it. Rami made an effort to make sure I was satisfied with my choice. Often times people feel pressured by sales reps when looking or buying at cars, but I didn't feel pressured by Rami whatsoever. He left the decision entirely in my hands. He asked what I wanted and made it happen. By far, the best sales rep I've dealt with. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car. More

But when I was looking for the perfect Chevy Volt, most delaerships had one or two in stock. This place had 23!! I knew the car I wanted when I walked in and my sales person Rami made the paperwork and trade in a snap. No BS - NO "let me talk to my manager and see what I can do" just got it done. Not the typical auto shopping experience. I also want to thank Dan the service manager, you guys came thru - above and beyond the other 12 dealers that were close to me. the very Large Chevrolet dealer closest to me (that shall remain unnamed!!) - their parts department didn't even answer the phone (3 phone calls on hold for 10+ minutes). Mike Anderson Chevrolet and the others I called didnt have the replacement part (but at least they were nice, looked up the part number and told me which dealerships had it in stock). Naperville chevrolet was straight up rude. Naperville did have the part (replacemet EVSE charger) but I thought to myself - why would I patronize someone who obviously doesn't care about my car's problem and my business? You guys had the replacement part in stock, had it ready for pickup, and had the service manager verify my VIN and warranty before I left the house. I arrived at the delership, plugged into your solar charging station while I went in. by the time it was all verified and done - it was under 30 minutes. So...thank You. I am new to Chevy, never bought an american Car in my life. I traded in my BMW 525 for my 2013 VOLT and the service has been above and beyond what I ever got at Fields BMW or Perillo. My Personal Opinion Rami Alamawi is nothing short of a miracle worker! I first met him in 2012 when I was trying to get a new car. My credit was far from perfect but so Rami Alamawi is nothing short of a miracle worker! I first met him in 2012 when I was trying to get a new car. My credit was far from perfect but somehow, Rami was able to get me financed in a new car with nothing but an old car to use as a trade in. 2 years later, I did try to get a new car elsewhere. They were unsuccessful. Decided to go back to my original miracle maker and, even with all the “hits to my credit” that happened with the other dealer, he was able to get me into a new car again! I will never go elsewhere to purchase a new car and will HIGHLY recommend him to all my friends and family who are looking for a new car! More

The internet pre-processing and personal chat was a great way for us to start the process the day before, so when I walked in the next day, my financing was set and ready to go. No need to sit and wait for a loan approval. With a hectic schedule, that made a HUGE difference. The salesman, Rami, was great to work with, made sure I understood how to use the new features of my car before I left the lot.
