He was very nice and made the car buying process enjoyable. He was very knowledgable about all the aspects on the Equinox. He was also easy going and not too pushy. Fantastic hassle free experience! I contacted Rami by phone because of the experience my entire family had and I was not disappointed. When I told him on the phone what I was looking f I contacted Rami by phone because of the experience my entire family had and I was not disappointed. When I told him on the phone what I was looking for and when I'd be there he had a vehicle brought into the dealers detail shop and ready for me to look at because it was raining out. He tried his best to get me in that vehicle but I was unable to make the deal because of my situation and certainly not because of his lack of trying to make it work within my financial scope. But what he was able to do was work with me and get me into a beautiful SUV that fit everything that I needed. It was a great experience that made purchasing a vehicle very pleasant. I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to start at Phillips Chevrolet and ask for Rami because it's worth every minute during a car buying experience. Samantha was our online contact person who met us at the dealership the morning we arrived. She was very polite and informative. We were introduced to Rami, our salesperson. From the very beginning we were put at ease, was given information regarding our trade-in of a 2011 Equinox, and was walked through the step of purchasing the Traverse. Rami was so knowledgeable in all aspects of the sale and financing of the vehicle. There was never a moment of pressure or uneasiness. Once the vehicle was purchased, Rami helped with the syncing of our phones and the OnStar setup. Matthew, in finance, was a very pleasant person. He had all the paperwork typed up and ready for us to sign the moment we stepped into his office. He explained each page and seemed to know his job well. The total time spent at Phillips was 2 hours, from start to finish! Purchasing our Traverse was well worth the drive to Frankfort. More
