We came in the first time shortly before closing with a specific vehicle in mind to view and test drive and, despite being so late in the evening, he treated us with as much attention and care as if we'd come in in the middle of the day. He let us test drive and answered all the questions we had about leasing and gave us a quote which we followed up on a few days later. Coming into the dealership today to complete a trade in and get all set up with the new vehicle, Rami got us in and out in 2.5 hours - quickest dealership experience either of us have ever had to date. There were no surprises when we came back looking for the vehicle at the quoted price, no hidden charges trying to work their way in to the invoice, and we came out with an excellent deal and a wonderfully stress free buying experience. Very happy with our decision to lease from this location and specifically our experience with Rami as our specialist. We would definitely look to do business with him again in the future. More

I was upfront told him EXACTLY the car I needed. I explained I was in a difficult spot as my previous car had just been totaled by a careless driver. My previous car had been paid off and I was now in a bind for another car. Rami didn't play any of the usual car sales games. We got right down to talking about what I needed, what I could afford. Rami and I came to an agreement on a great price, and found some rebates and options for financing. Wow. within an an hour, the deal was sealed at a price I can afford, with financing and EXACTLY the car I wanted. I would not rate myself as an easy customer to please, but they made sure I was fully satisfied. Their internet team (Liz & Kevin) was the 1st to respond to my request before any dealership with the most honest insight any dealer has ever provided me. I did not hit off very well on my visit with Rami at 1st, but he took time to understand what I was looking to achieve & found the right solution for me. And that solution was to engage with Mike Herris, who not only understood exactly how I wanted to go about the process, but also put in a lot of effort searching through the best deal, getting the approvals & putting it all together. I was almost about to give up, but Mike made sure that I got what I was looking for. Matt ran through the final steps on finance & he was just as pleasant & helpful.
