Very disappointed After buying 2 cars there and having several issues with Traverse, timing chain, throttle and timing chain again...only to find out needs engine with After buying 2 cars there and having several issues with Traverse, timing chain, throttle and timing chain again...only to find out needs engine with a cost of about 10k and still paying for it is really upsetting. Inspection was 150 and you would think it would be waived...50 was all they would do. Planet Toyota thanks you for a very nice sale. If you look up review on Traverse many owners are having the same issue. Do not buy a Traverse, do you homework and don’t learn the hard way. More

I had a specific budget in mind and communicated that very openly to Rami who was helping me. He listened to what I was looking for and pulled up the best truck I could ask for. It was even better that what I found online and was originally going to look at. It was history from there. I didn’t even have to test drive. Love my new truck and dealership was amazing in making it all happen for me. More

Easy, friendly, caring I was not expecting the wonderful customer service I received from this dealership. In the past, buying a car from any dealership has always been a ha I was not expecting the wonderful customer service I received from this dealership. In the past, buying a car from any dealership has always been a hassle but that was not the case for Phillips. They made the whole buying experience easy and straightforward, my salesman, Rami, was beyond helpful and very transparent throughout the whole process. He knew that I had to leave at a certain time and he made that happen. I couldn’t get a hold of my insurance company and while I was getting everything sorted in finance, Rami was on the phone with my insurance company setting everything up for me. I 100% recommend Rami and Phillips Chevrolet to anybody who is looking to buy a new car. I could not have had a better experience. More
