When looking to replace my families 2007 Suburban with a new one we found that all the new cars on the market were being marked up!! Even at Chevy dealers, sometimes asking 6-10K over the asking price. Not new one we found that all the new cars on the market were being marked up!! Even at Chevy dealers, sometimes asking 6-10K over the asking price. Not Rami! Rami made the buying experience comfortable and made a very fair deal on the purchase of our new Suburban. Always answering any questions I had, and helping us along with the factory order process. I was skeptical of all dealerships and salesman’s but Rami was unlike the rest. Rami has amazing customer service and showed so much patience with us being very picky and having tons of questions and sometimes even wanting to change our order. Rami changed my preconceived notions on salesman and dealerships. Rami is a the kind of representative that GM and Chevrolet need to strive to keep and maintain for their customers. Rami has reaffirmed my loyalty to the Chevy brand and will have all my business in the future along with all my friends and family who will hear about my great experience at Phillips Chevrolet due to the hard work and dedication of Rami Alamawi.
