I came in to Phillips for a new truck after my old Tahoe got too old and was connected with Rami. He remembered the salesman who sold me my previous Tahoe and took great care of me just like Sam did 1 Tahoe got too old and was connected with Rami. He remembered the salesman who sold me my previous Tahoe and took great care of me just like Sam did 12 years ago. Rami kept me informed on every step in the process and explained everything to me when I had a question. He gave me a little static because of how long it took me to come back for a new car and after they way I was treated here, I think I agree!!!! I should’ve done this years ago. Rami was informative, he was funny, but he was more so about making sure that I felt like I was treated fairly. I’m a huge fan of good customer service. If I’m spending my money, I expect it. Rami made sure I received it. I’d recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone. More
