I recently purchased a used vehicle from Younger Nissan and was quite satisfied with the experience. The transaction was completed in a reasonable time and I am confident I got a fair deal. The sales person, Frank Cordova, was very professional and provided immediate assistance when a problem did arise after the sale. It was resolved quickly and completely. My experience with the staff at Younger Nissan from sales, management and service department was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one looking for a new or used vehicle. Smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience ever. Jim was professional, friendly, and responded to my inquiry quickly. 3rd new vehicle purchase at this dealer. After seeing Ben one day, we decided to go back to purchase a new vehicle the next day. Ben was not in, but had informed the dealer we were coming. We felt the salesp one day, we decided to go back to purchase a new vehicle the next day. Ben was not in, but had informed the dealer we were coming. We felt the salesperson, Owen, only helped us as minimally as possible since it wasn't "his sale". He told us he wasn't familiar with the deal and sure didn't act interested in getting caught up on any details. After the key was handed to us, we were on our own... Owen disappeared without helping to insure the vehicle was delivered clean and that we knew how to work all functions of our new vehicle. There wasn't even a congratulatory new car handshake from sales after the purchase. I got in contact with Ben the next day and went back in I had to drop off some paperwork anyway. Ben made sure the new car got cleaned up, went over the functions of the new car, and gave me that new car handshake. We'll be back. More
