Great Job Raheim Brown!!! 5+ Stars!! Called the dealer last week to lease a new vehicle for my father-in-law. Spoke with Mr. Brown and explained what we were looking for and the price Called the dealer last week to lease a new vehicle for my father-in-law. Spoke with Mr. Brown and explained what we were looking for and the price another dealer had quoted us. Mr. Brown called me back a short time later and beat the other dealer's price. He set up an appointment for us to complete the lease purchase. To my SHOCK, everything was exactly as quoted and the price did not change. We arrived and were in and out of the dealership in right about an hour! We even had a great lunch provided by Carl Black. Mr. Brown was outstanding!!!!! Honest, truthful, no games or gimmicks. He got us a great deal on our lease and it was a Great experience! In the last 20 years, this was probably the 10th lease in my family. Without a Doubt, this was one of the Best experience I can remember when leasing a new vehicle. Thank you Raheim Brown for a wonderful job! Well done - 5 Stars and then some! More

New car lease Poor customer service. Everything was great until receiving the numbers (payment on car whereas I felt pressured to continue the sale without any hel Poor customer service. Everything was great until receiving the numbers (payment on car whereas I felt pressured to continue the sale without any help in possibility of negotiating the price). The car that we were promised from another dealership was sold. Didn't get a call from our salesman until we called him. Also, I had insurance put on car that we signed for which was actually sold to someone else. Salesman did try and make it right but gave us a car that was similar to what we wanted but had stuff on it that we didn't want.(bow tie package we didn't want and still waiting for gold emblems to be put on. Overall, even though our salesman is trying to make it right, it was a bad experience ever on leasing a car. Also, working with Hector at financing the car, he was trying to make us put down $500 refundable deposit to show we were going to stay with the sale to get car from 'sister' dealership which I refused to do. More
