1st 5,000 Miles Clean facility, very impressive when you bring your vehicle into the service area. They provide coffee and pastries, a nice touch. It didn't take them long to complete the oil change and tire rotation. Only thing keeping them from 5-stars is they didn't do a very good job cleaning/drying the truck after completing the service. Awesome service! I drove right into the service center and told them what i was there for. Rafael entered my info, was extremely thorough about my expectations and ne I drove right into the service center and told them what i was there for. Rafael entered my info, was extremely thorough about my expectations and needs. The waiting area was amazing and comfortable. I had a complementary muffin and coffee which was great cause I was in a hurry that morning. My service was completed in less time than anticipated and I was thrilled they washed all the salt and dirt off my car. I drive past 2 other Toyota dealerships to continue to purchase and service my car at Schaumburg Toyota for the last 13 years! More
